Baxter’s Virtual Benefits Fair is an interactive, online event where you can visit all of Baxter’s health and welfare benefit partners. Each partner will have a virtual booth in which you can engage in your benefits and learn more about what each program has to offer. Plus, this is the single source to listen to the recorded new hire benefits presentation.
You can access the Virtual Benefits Fair from your computer, tablet or personal smartphone at https://baxter.vfairs.com. Once you register from your computer, you can then download the Baxter Virtual Benefit Fair app from the Apple or Google Play store and access the fair using the same login credentials.
No. You must register for the Virtual Benefits Fair from your computer or tablet first, then you may login to the app with the same credentials.
The Virtual Benefits Fair is open to all employees and their spouses/domestic partners. However, the employee must register to the site and their spouse/domestic partner must use the employee’s login info for access.
Simply go to https://baxter.vfairs.com and click on REGISTER button to enter your information and register for the event. The One-Time Security Code is Baxter.
