    Welcome to Baxter’s Annual Enrollment Virtual Benefit Fair. We’re excited to introduce this virtual interactive online platform so that you can access from anywhere, on any device, at any time during this year’s 2025 Annual Enrollment Period. The Virtual Benefit Fair will be open and available from October 28 through November 14, 2024.

    During our Annual Enrollment Period, you will be able to make changes to your benefits through HRCentral from November 4 through November 15, 2024.

    You and your family members can visit the virtual benefit partner booths and securely access information by topic or provider at your leisure. You will also be able to chat confidentially with a Baxter benefit expert and our benefit partner representatives. Review the Agenda for specific dates and times for the live chat features.

Baxter’s Virtual Benefits Fair is an interactive, online event where you can visit all of Baxter’s health and welfare benefit partners. Each partner will have a virtual booth in which you can engage in your benefits and learn more about what each program has to offer. You will also be able to live chat with The Baxter benefits team and all our benefit partners. Plus, this is the single source to listen to the recorded annual enrollment presentation.
You can visit the virtual fair 24/7 October 28 through November 15, 2024. The live chat features will be available on the following dates and times:

You can access the Virtual Benefits Fair from your computer, tablet or personal smartphone at https://baxter.vfairs.com. Once you register from your computer, you can then download the Baxter Virtual Benefit Fair app from the Apple or Google Play store and access the fair using the same login credentials.
No. You must register for the Virtual Benefits Fair from your computer or tablet first, then you may login to the app with the same credentials.
The Virtual Benefits Fair is open to all employees and their spouses/domestic partners. However, the employee must register to the site and their spouse/domestic partner must use the employee’s login info for access.
